highs and lows...

So what a few weeks it has been… so much has happened I don’t know where to start… so instead of telling all… I will merely tell you the highest points.

I met Ben Friday… he is such a cute-e… I really like him. He is really shy… but I have to admit -it makes him more attractive. Well so far he knows just what to say and when to say it. He is doing good!

Work is good. Working on 2008 product now. I can’t believe how far ahead we start… I guess it’s all in the name of competition, right?

My lovely mother turned 59 years old Sunday… we took her out to dinner and had some family time with her…. She loved it. Now my sibs and I are talking about making a big blow out next year for her 60th. We’ll see.

Saddest news yet… Jenn and Bob are getting a divorce. I love them so, it’s kind of a disappointment. I know things are for the best, but I still have to wonder, if they actually did “give it their best”. They are doing good though. Jenn seems really happy and healthy… I don’t know much about Bob though (I hope he is doing good).

Well I am off to the gym.. gain a little more muscle and burn a whole lot of fat!

Highlight for the post… Ben is taking me out to dinner Thursday. I can’t wait!

Wierd Week

I read this in a Secret someone posted on PostSecrets.com. It makes too much sense!

It’s been a weird week, I was sick Monday so I didn’t go to work. I had a bad migraine, or something of the sorts.. but my head hurt and I felt really nauseous… and now I am taking Friday off to go to an all day spa. Not too excited about the spa though… we’ll see how it goes.

I bought, started, and finished reading “For One More Day” by Mitch Albom. I am not much of a reader, but when I pick up a Mitch Albom book, I can’t put it down. It’s really heart warming with a twist of reality… at least my reality.

So it’s official… it’s October! Halloween is right around the corner… I’m so excited… My costume is being worked on… I plan to start looking for the wig and cheap make-up this weekend. I’m working on being Elivra ~ Mistress of the Dark!

She is so cool!

So positive note for the day~ I am off tomorrow to an outdoor spa (hopefully I can work on my tan). ;)
