I love it. Something about it is so touching to me, but I have to say, there are a few songs that do that to me. Where I catch a couple of the lyrics and they just stick… they rhythm, the words, the sentiment. It’s great!

Well it’s been a busy few weeks, hence my lack of participation – Amy turned 25 on Wednesday 9/27 – we took her out to P.F. Changs… mmm good food. I love there banana spring rolls with vanilla ice cream… I’m a sucker for desserts. Work has been fairly busy, we have a brainstorming session scheduled off site next week, I’m really looking forward to it. It’s a nice hotel, and it should be a relaxing atmosphere. We’ll see. Now, managerial accounting is kicking my arse! Don’t know why I can’t get this shit… but it sure is making me think…oh wait- that is what school does right? Regardless… it’s getting better.

I went to Vegas last weekend for an early surprise b-day gift for Amy’s mom (they share the same birth date). She was completely shocked. We drove up there Thursday night and got there at around midnight…. She didn’t see us till the next morning. It was great… all I heard was screaming and squealing at like 6am cause she saw Amy. The rest of the time we just relaxed and literally chilled like veggies watching day time TV and movies. I loved it…. Plus her parents always spoil me cause I’m the “guest”… he he
Well I’m off to the gym… got work off those spring rolls I had… or they WILL turn into rolls! LOL

Happy thought for the day – I found who sells Reisling wine near my house… I will be picking up a couple bottles after work!
